False "Acrobat has stopped working" messages

Greetings.

I keep seeing messages, "Acrobat has stopped working," on my computer -- even when I am not running Acrobat Pro. I usually see them within the first 1/2 hour after exiting Acrobat. Have tried Repairing the installation and uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat. But nothing stops these annoying messages.  Is there any way to prevent this?

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release Version2024.001.20615 64-bit on a Windows computer running Windows 11 Enterprise v22H2. The computer also has an enterprise installation of Creative Cloud

Hi @Electroscribe_2024 ,

My Acrobat most current version update is:

2024.001.20629.

See if applying updates to both Acrobat or the Creative Cloud addresses the issue.

I work for a nationwide organization whose IT staff controls update rollouts. Could suggest to them that an update is needed, but not likely to see that anytime soon. Might also help solve a separate issue with Microsoft 365 [Office] apps constantly getting into fights with Acrobat's PDFMaker macro and flashing warnings at me.   This goes to  the "grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change..." category.
Thank you, nevertheless!
