Family Sharing Mac Office 365 plan but Adobe free trial window pops up

Hi There,

 

I have a family sharing plan with Mac Office 365. It has worked in the oast for most things, except now when I am trying to create a PDF in Adobe, a pop up window tells me I need to start a free trial. Why?

    Hi @kate_6965 

     

    Do you have Acrobat DC plan as well. If not, you need Acrobat DC subscription to create PDF from Acrobat.
