Fatal error, Acrobat failed dde server

Hi,  I can't open a file which i export from InDesign, 'Fatal error Acrobat failed dde server'. And can't open and acrobat  at adobe creative cloud. What's the story?

did you click help>repair installation in acrobat?

do you see that error with all files?  (if so, help>repair acrobat)

or only with the id created pdf?  (if so, recreate it and, if the problem persists, post on the id forum.)

This is what happend. I cannot open acrobat at all (still receive the message Fatal error…). So i try install acrobat again, but it refuse to open in adobe creative cloud. When i use the pdf presets in indesign, i can make a pdf. But it doesn’t open in acrobat, therefore i had to open the file through reader.

Unfortunately, now all my pdf files doesn’t open with acrobat. I am really bad in these technical things. So for now i use the pdf presets and reader ;-((
