Fax settings do not show when "Always display settings before faxing" is set

I have a client who is having issues faxing from Acrobat 2017.  Their fax printer is set to always display settings before faxing, which will allow them to enter/confirm the fax number when they print to it, but Acrobat 2017 isn't displaying those settings when she goes to fax, so the fax never gets sent.

I have confirmed that this is working properly in Acrobat Reader DC, as well as other programs such as Chrome or Word. I can't have her switch between them as needed, since her common work case involves accessing the PDF from a database, which will only open it in the default client (I have confirmed she has the same issue opening them directly though.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
