fcdt to pdf - alternative tools?

Creating a form in Forms Central, but everytime I use save to pdf, my Acrobat professional "dies". It does not allow this to happen. Told that it is due to termination of support of the software.

Any good ideas on tools to be used for convertion of FCDT to usable pdf-form?
