Feedback : AI everything everywhere in adobe products. Particularly acrobat.

Considering the amount of posts on this, is there a setting i can set on my adobe account to permanently disable all AI features, prompts, mentions, and permissions on all my adobe products?


I don't consent to you using any of my documents in AI building. I don't want prompts about an AI assistant i have no desire to use, i don't care about any of your new AI features. 

It's getting in the way of productivity having to turn this off constantly.

It's at a point where i'm genuinely considering cancelling my account and searching for an alternative.

    Hi AB - I've seen a number of posts saying that they HAVE disabled the AI in Preferences (as have I) and that it DID NOT stop the pop ups from popping up. Please share a screen shot of exactly where we can go and what we need to do to make this go away. Step-by-step instructions, if you don't mind.

    Sorry for the troubled experience. I understand it can be frustrating when you don't need a feature and it is coming your way. 
    Everything we can share as a screenshot is mentioned on the help page mentioned above by AB. Would you mind sharing the screenshot or a video recording of the preferences you have changed in Acrobat's Preferences and the Pop-ups you are getting? So we could take a look and if need be share the details with the product team.
