Feel scammed by Adobe

I needed to download one file on cell phone and was forced to open it in Adobe. Forgot to cancel the trial version and tonight they charged me a whole 1-year subscription. This is how to make very people dissatisfied and hate your product. I hope to still find a solution to keep the name of Adobe free of this type of business practices.

For future reference, Adobe Reader is free and can be used to view PDF files without a subscription or payment of any kind. You only need to pay for Adobe Acrobat if you want to edit or create PDF files.
