Fehlende Buchstaben (Calibri) beim Umwandeln von Word in pdf/a

Question

Beim Umwandeln eines Worddokuments in ein pdf/a fehlen verschiedene Buchstaben (f, t, i, l. usw.) im pdf/a. Die verwendete Schriftart ist Calibri. Meines Wissens ist dies eine Standardschrift, die auch in Adobe hinterlegt ist. Ist das Problem jemanden bekannt und gibt es eine Lösung oder wird das Problem durch ein Update behoben werden?

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Please share the steps you use to create the PDF/A from the Word file. It would be helpful if you could share the Word file in which the issue occurs. This will help us replicate the behavior so we can investigate further. Please also share the Acrobat and OS version numbers currently in use

Did you create the Word file? Are fonts embedded in the file?

We can share more information once we have the file.
