Fehlerhafte Medienkonvertierung bei Powerpoint-Export als PDF

Hallo zusammen,

beim Export einer Powerpoint-Datei als PDF werden die in der Präsentation eingebetteten Videos im exportierten PDF nur als Bild/Screenshot und nicht als Video ausgegeben.
Hat jemand von Euch eine Lösung für dieses Problem? Ich habe schon mehrere ähnliche Forumsbeiträge zu dem Thema gefunden, allerdings noch keine passende Lösung.

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

     

    I have tried to reproduce the issue at my end and its working fine.

     

    Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to

    1. Embed the video in the Word document

    2. To create the PDF from the Word file.

    A small video recording of the steps you are following would be very helpful.

     

    Please try to create the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon present in the MS Word toolbar and see if that works. Also go through the help page (https://adobe.ly/3RXnpSJ)

      Hi Amal, thank you for your answer.
      I have inserted a screen recording as a video in PowerPoint (see "Screenshot Powerpoint").
      Then I also recorded the steps I took to create the PDF and added them as a video here ("Documentation"). You can see that the video, which I can play in PowerPoint without any problems, is displayed as an image in the generated PDF.
