Fehlerhafte Video-Wiedergabe

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe ein MP4-Video in ein PDF eingebettet. Bei der Wiedergabe des Videos wird mir leider nur die Tonspur (schwarzer Hintergrund mit grünen Audiolinien) angezeigt. Weiß jemand von Euch was die Ursache sein könnte und wie ich das Video abspielen lassen kann?
