Fehlermeldung: Adobe Acrobat konnte den Web-Browser nicht ausführen. Unbekannter Fehler (123)

Hello dear forum members,  

Yesterday I asked the question and got the following answer:    

You have contacted us on 3/10/2018 8:51 PM. We have resolved your problem General Inquiry and close the request with the number ADB-1318491-R6W2.  

Unfortunately, nothing was fixed!

The above error still exists. This error occurs only on my Acrobat Pro 2015 and 2017 versions purchased.

The free reader works every web link.

Please help me to solve my problem.
