Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out!
If some numbers are not centering despite formatting all fields the same, please check the following :
1. Field Type & Size – Some form fields might have different dimensions, affecting alignment. Try resizing them to match. 2. Font & Spacing – Using different fonts or character spacing can cause slight misalignment. Ensure all fields use the same font and size. 3. Field Properties – Check if any fields have different text formatting applied (e.g., left or right alignment).
If the issue persists, could you share more details, is this an issue with a particular PDF form or with all the forms. Please try to recreate the PDF form and see if that issue still occurs. Also make sure you have the Acrobat app updated to the latest version 25.01.2043X, from the help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Thanks for the reply! I sized everything to be the same and also aligned the boxes. For the most part, they are centered, but there are still a few rogue fields, not sure why. I did check for updates.
One of the suggestions, creating the same type of field, I'm not sure how to do that. When I originally transferred it to adobe from word, adobe did not recognize all of the boxes. The original fields are labelled with just numbers or labelled as "undefined 1" (or a different number. As not all of the boxes were recognized, I added some text fields. How can I tell if they are different types of fields? And can I make them them same without deleting and replacing all of the fields as text boxes?
