i AM TRYING TO CONVERT PDF FILE TO EXCEL AND IT GAVE ME MESSEGE ERROR.: CONVERSION FAILURE.

I copy and paste it into word. It's not legible.

Then there's no reason to expect it to work with Export PDF. The file was built incorrectly and as a result the text from it can't be extracted.

Unless the PDF was made from Excel and had the tag option enabled it might not be possible to get a good conversion.

What specific product are you using to perform the conversion?

There is an option within Acrobat that can convert from a tagged PDF to Excel and there is a web service for users with Reader that can try to perform the conversion. Note that Acrobat is paid for and very different from the free Reader.

Text is all caps has a special and rude connotation in forums. It is best not to post using all caps. It is harder to read and not appreciated.
