File corruption

Question

Hello, using Acrobat Pro for Mac and often my files got corrupted. I open a file and when I insert text into it, save it, and often, the entered text got all mixed up, corrupted. Any clues?

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? Is it happening with one PDF file or with all of them? Try opening a different PDF and see if the same problem happens.

Also, what version of the Acrobat app and operating system are you using? You can check by going to Help > About Acrobat. Please make sure you're using the latest version (25.01.20458). Go to Help > Check for updates, and restart your computer after updating.

It would also help if you could share the steps you’re taking when the issue happens. If possible, a short video showing the problem would be great—it makes it easier for us to understand and help you faster
