File Name losing Decimal value when saved.

Hello ,

 

We're encountering an issue where a file named "Currency £25.00" appears as "Currency £25" when saved using the print to PDF option. This problem is recent and specific to one employee's computer; it doesn't occur on other PCs in the company.

 

A temporary fix is to save the file as "Currency £25.00.pdf," but this isn't necessary for other users.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe and even repairing the installation, but the problem persists.

Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Print to PDF is not an option, it's a bad practice.

    Why cannot you "Save" or "Save as"?

    Hope you are doing well. As described, the issue is with one user and you have tried most of the troubleshooting steps with no luck, Please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204012  and try using the application there and check.
