My file is over 42MB , how can i reduce it to less than 10MB without loosing quality

File-size reduction is not a magic process where you can just bring it down and not affect anything...

Having said that, the first step would be to use File - Save As and save the file under a new name. That will force an optimization process that can reduce the file size dramatically, without changing how it looks and behaves. After that it's a question of cutting things down or down-sampling them.
