Filename not saving with _Redacted

I'm using Acrobat Pro 11.0.23.  After making redactions in a document, I go to close the file and get the prompt asking if I "want to save changes to 'DocName_Redacted.pdf', which is what I'd expect.  The problem occurs when I choose "Yes", I'm taken to the "Save As" dialog, but the filename isn't showing with the "_Redacted", it's back to its original name.  Not sure when this started, but would love to get it fixed.
