Good morning,
I am having a strange issue. Recently, whenever I try to open PDFs in Acrobat Pro, I get a message which says the following:
"Adobe Acrobat could not open '11-8-2023.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded). To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then choose Save as Adobe PDF from the PDF dropdown in the Print dialog."
I am on a Mac, and also have PDF Expert installed. PDF Expert opens all of these files without issue. Any idea what may be causing this?
For reference, I'm on macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 and using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 23.6.20360.0. I've attached a screenshot of the error message I receive in Acrobate and the same file opened in PDF Expert.
