Fill and Sign?

Hi Everyone,

I created a form through Adobe Acrobat and added that signatures fields on the form.

However, whenever these signatures fields are clicked to sign, a message pops up saying that I must "create my own digital ID" and go through a bunch of steps

The fill and sign functionality doesn't seem to be working, so users cant just click and add/signature. The only options I have available to me under the fill and sign functionality is "sign with certificate", and "time stamp" (neither of which is what I'm looking for, still leads to me having to create a digital ID)

How should I proceed? I do not want the people who look at these forms to constantly "create a digital ID"
