Fill and sign

I cannot type on a PDF when I am filling in a form. The text is blank.

    We are sorry for the trouble. As decribed the txt is blank in the PDF form when you try to fill and sign.

     

    Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try to fill and sign a different PDF form and check. If its file specific issue please share the file with us for testing.

     

    What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat/Raeder DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC and make sure you have the latest version installed. Go ot Help > Check for Updates.

     

    Are you on Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of the OS installed? Please try to repair the installation (For Windows Only) Go to Help > Repair Installation and see if that works for you.

      If it's a real form (ie. it has form fields) you shouldn't use Fill & Sign. Simply use the fields directly to enter text or make selections.
