Fill and Sign is missing

I no longer have the option to fill and sign.  Why has it gone from the list and how do I retrieve it?

 

This is the version of Adobe I have and I am using Windows 10.

    Thank you for reaching out.

     

    Please check if the option is available under the Tools tab in Acrobat.

     

    If the option is not there as well, try reinstalling the application. Use the steps mentioned below:

    -Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
    -Reboot the machine
    -Install Adobe Acrobat Reader from the following page: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.

    Let us know if the options do not appear.

    Thanks for taking the time to reply.  As I urgently needed to sign some documents I uninstalled pro but didn't bother to reinstall.  I downloaded the free acrobat reader instead and used fill and sign offered for free there.  It seems the free version does what I need and the paid for version doesn't.  Now to see if I can get my money back!

    Glad to know that you were able to sign the document using Acrobat Reader. 

    However, the option should be available in Acrobat as well. Not sure what happened.

    If you wish, we can investigate his issue further. Try re-installing Acrobat once and let us know if the option still not appears.
