Fill and Sign Issue

Having an issue with signing document in acrobat. The signature section never loads. I have tried uninstall/reinstall, repair, edits to the registry, setting up a new profile, and updating the software. This issue seems to only effect the software version. The cloud site will let me sign without an issue but this is not a good work around.

1. Version of your Acrobat/Reader.

2. Your OS version.

3. Are you connected to the internet when you are trying to sign the document?

4. Does this happens with every PDF file? If no, could you please share a sample file with us.

5. Please attach a snapshot of the issue.
