Fill and Sign Not Working

My program will not allow me to use the fill and sign. At first i just couldn't apply signatures, so then i would just fill in the form and print it out to sign. Now i can't even fill out the forms at all and still no signature function. This has been for almost a month now. Please help.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are not able to fill and sign the documents.

 

What is the application and the version you are using to fill and sign? To check the version of the application please use the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html)
Make sure you have the latest version 20.006.20042 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

 

Do you get any error message or code when you try to fill and sign the document? if yes please share the screenshot of the same. You may also try to repair installation (For Windows Only) Go to Help > Repair Installation.

 

If it still doesn't work, please try the following steps and see if that helps:
