fill and sign not working

Question

Downloaded and paid the $14 a month version so I can use all the apps and even still, it is not letting me use the fill & sign. I have tried checking file - properties and it is allowed to edit but still will not let me, it just shows me a blank template everytime I click on it. What other options can I do to get it to work?

I would say to re-check the version of Acrobat that you're currently using.

During the month of May 2020 two updates were released by which the Adobe Sign tool is featured. In addition to these updates, just yesterday another optional update was released.

See if bringing your Acrobat version to the current updates improves.
