Fill and sign not working

English :Good morningLooks like I'm writing in WHITE or TRANSPARENT.The interactive form field is there, I have the filling cursor which is there too and when I start typing, the cursor moves but it looks like I'm writing in white, you can't see anything!Can someone help me please?Please understand that people are working within corporate organizations, we have no rights to reinstall or change admin preferences on our laptopsI find it pathetic that Adobe sends support requests to its Forum...2.13.0.0****BonjourOn dirait que j'écris en BLANC ou TRANSPARENT.Le champ du formulaire interactif est bien là, j'ai le curseur de remplissage qui est là aussi et quand je commencer à taper, le curseur se déplace mais on dirait que j'écris du blanc, on ne voit rien !Quelqu'un peut m'aider s'il vous plaît ?Je trouve ça minable qu'Adobe renvoie les demandes de support à son Forum ...2.13.0.02.13.0.02.13.0.02.13.0.0

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

Please try to change the text color to black. Open the PDF form in Acrobat > Go to Tools > Prepare form > Double click on the text field > Under text field properties, go to Appearance > Text Color as shown below:

Also, make sure you have the recent version 23.01.20143 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
