FILL AND SIGN PROBLEM

Hi, I have just created a fillable form in Acrobat Pro DC and after saving, when I open the doc in Reader and click on 'fill and sign' the sign icon appears in the middle of the top menu bar where it's supposed to.  But if I open the doc in Pro DC and click 'fill and sign' the icon disappears cpmpletely.  I have tried opening other PDF docs in Pro and the icon appears in all of them.  It just doesn't for the particular doc I have just created.  Can anyone help?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In order to reproduce the issue in house, we would want you to provide some more information :

1. Version of your Acrobat Pro DC. Go to Help > About Acrobat DC.

2. Version of your OS.

3. Does this happen with every PDF file? Can you please share some sample file(s) with us.

4. It will be great if you could please share a snapshot/video reproducing the problem.
