Fill and Sign text shifting and moving

I am trying to fill in a form in Adobe "fill and sign". I am using a mac. When I scroll to the next page, all of the text I have filled in somehow moves down and copies to the next page in a random manner. It messes up all of the data! Any suggestions on how to fix this?
