Fill and Sign tool missing in new Reader experience - here's the fix

I have struggled with the new experience layout...searching for tools that I used to use daily. Plus chasing the floating menu bar around the screen as it lays over what I'm trying to look at. biggest issue is that it no longer has the fill and sign option.
Today I found the solution: you can disable the new experience. from the menu options. like this:
"View/Diable new acrobat reader"

and there it is: back to sensible
