Fill color not working for Acrobat DC in High Sierra

Hi all -

I suspect this is another glitch, and want to see if anyone's figured out a workaround.

I'm on a Mac, High Sierra (current version), with latest version of Acrobat Pro.

I'm trying to change the fill color of a rectangle drawn using the Comments.

I click on Properties / Appearance / Fill Color and select the fill color. There appears to be no way to save it, so I click the red "close" button on the top left.

The fill color still shows no fill. Clicking OK doesn't help.

What I'm trying to do is block out portions of the PDF I don't want to print.

Thanks for your help.

So frustrating!!!

Hello Char,

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, Fill Color is not working with Acrobat DC on Mac High Sierra, is that correct?

Please check for any pending updates of Acrobat from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after installing the updates and see if this brings any difference.

try resetting the Acrobat's preferences once, to reset the preferences, please refer to Adobe article How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

This issue is not reproducible at our end, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error/issue? To share the screenshot, please refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot
