Fill data and Send for review and signature in Web Form

I've created a web form for my client gave him the form link, and CC'd him while creating the form so that he can too have the form. He don't have adobe CC subscription. and in the text below is his requirement.

I want to use Adobe Acrobat Pro web forms to collect customer data. Here's my process:

1. We fill out the form with all the information.
2. We send the form to the customer for review and signature.
3. The customer signs the form and sends it back to us.
