Fill one field with name appear in other fields

I have an agreement where I have to fill a person name in 10 different places, I want to fill it in once at the beginning of the agreement and then have it automatically put that person names in the other 9 fields.

The main field (that I will fill in is called NAME MASTER, the other Fields are numbered, NAME1, NAME2, etc

I can't seem to make it work, any help on this would be appreciated.
