Hello Poojaj,

As per the description above, you are not getting the Fill&Sign option in the Internet Explorer, Is that correct?

Fill and Sign is available on the web in Document Cloud i.e. https://cloud.acrobat.com/fillsign, you can access the service through the URL.

The Fill&Sign tool is not available when the PDF is opened in a web browser. Web browsers have poor support for PDF viewers and most viewers have limited features inside of a web browser.  You can simply open the PDF in Reader DC on your computer and fill it out there in Fill & Sign.

If you want, you can access the service through a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox. You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the services of Fill&Sign. To download and install the Reader, use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

For troubleshooting, you may also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).  Link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
