Fill & Sign options

Question

I'm trying to fill and sign a document but the options to do so in Acrobat have disappeared. The only options showing are "Sign yourself" and "Request Signatures". Any idea how to bring them back?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to fill in the PDF file and only getting the option to sign.

- Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

- Have you created this PDF file or have you got it from a different user with assigned signature field?

- Is this PDF file already signed by another user? Once the PDF file is signed it gets locked for further changes.

Would it be possible to share the file with us for testing so that we can check it at our end as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html
