Fill & Sign problem (Freezing and Closing)

Whenever I click "fill & sign" button on the desktop app, the app suddenly freezes and closes.

In that case, please go to the below-mentioned location and delete the files:

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initials

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsi

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsk

The issue has been addressed in the latest update released recently. Try updating the application to the latest version available. In Acrobat, go to Help > Check for updates. Check if that resolves the issue.
