Fill & Sign - Spinning wheel unless I sign out of adobe account

Question

I am unable to fill and sign a document unless I sign out of my adobe account (which after I sign it I have to log back in in order to view any other PDF's). If I am logged in and click "Sign" it just shows a spinner and never comes up.

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 (version 2017.011.30199)

Any ideas, it's very annoying?

Well - I think I just figured it out.  For those who have the same issue.  I had an older version of Adobe Acrobat installed - and that is the one I had to log out of my adobe account on.  I opened Acrobat DC (that comes in the cloud) - and it appears to work there.
