Hello,

Help, I have created a Acrobat fillable form which I have saved/enabled reader extended PDF/enable more tools to give to a client to share with others.

The problem the client is filling in the form and sending off to other people to fill in also/contribute to the form and when the second person tries to save – they get error 105 or another error message saying they the document has changes since and use of extended features is no longer available.

How do I create a document that can be shared and saved by different people, different times on different machines?  Hope you can help me to find a solution or maybe there is an alternative soultion to an Acrobat form?

Thanks very much

Laura

Hello,

Same problem, there are important UK goverrnment forms that can be editited online, saved locally then when reopened they either cannot be edited or if one subscibes to Adobe Acrobat Pro, cannot be saved Error 105 it says thay cannot be read.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Is this an issue with a particular set of PDF files or with all the PDFs in general. Please try with a different set of PDF files and see if that works.

Please try to download the PDF file to your computer locally first and then try to edit them and check. Also make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
