Fillable after signature

I've got a document with fields that need to be entered by a user, what I need to do is once the document is signed (not digital ID but dragging a signature onto the document and saving) other editable fields must still be available and not locked out by the signature.... the fields are verification fields that act as comments next to the fields the user filled in

Is this possible?

    I wish I had a solution. But signing does lock the form fields. I think it needs to be requested as a feature. I think it's possible to add comments after it is signed, and these are dated, and  a workaround would be to add the fields after the document is signed, but that would make for a poor workflow.
