Fillable Fields Not Cooperating

Question

The form has 5 fields.  Fields 1-2 are fine.  When I type in fields 3-5 it only allows me to type one line.  I checked the properties and under the options tab i selcted multi-line and saved the document.  I was able to enter multi-line data into the document.  However, when I click in the next field it copies the data from the previous field.  What should I do? Its not my document  It was shared with me.

Thank you for reaching out with your question.

This usually happens if while placing the form fields you have duplicated the form fields, what that has done is make fields carrying the same name, please check this discussion: https://adobe.ly/41CpBnm this explain how to fix this problem.
