Fillable form for myself and clients

I have a contract that I have turned into a fillable form so that I can update the client info in several places and multiple times a day. There are also several places that are for the client to add info as well as a signature. How do I keep this template but make the parts I fill out unavailabe to the client to change but keep other areas open for them to add thier own info?
