Fillable Form in PDF Copying All Responses

Question

Hi there.

I made a fillable form in my PDF. Because I wanted all of the checkboxes and textboxes to be the same size, I basically copy/pasted my original boxes a million times and used them throughout the form. It looks great!

BUT... I did a test run to fill out the form, and turns out, one response in one box will fill out every other box with the exact same response. I don't want this at all.

Is there some toggle that will let each textbox and checkbox be filled with a unique response, even if I copy/pasted them to create the form?

Super frustrating!

Fields with same name and export value can only have one value.  That's why they all get checked when only one is checked.  Instead of copy and paste, create one field, right-click it, and select "Create multiple copies".  It will create different names for all the fields.
