Fillable form printing issues

Hello. I have been creating fillable forms and when another person prints it out it displays the number "4" even though a checkbox is displayed on their screen.  I will also add this does NOT happen to me on my computer.

 

They are not using a browser.

 

I tried to change the font of the checkbox but itis greyed out and not an option.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Do you mean the tick the box and it appears as "4" on the printout? Do you know what application they are using?

Ask for a full-window screenshot.

    They are using Adobe. I have no idea which version. I would imagine its old and basic.

    You can't assume that. Many people think they are using one thing, when in fact they use another.

    Unless you see it for yourself, you can't know for sure.
