Fillable Form Signature

I have created a fillable pdf to be filled out internally and then sent to the customer for their signature.  Upon testing, when it's emailed the customer is able to make changes to what we have filled out.  I only want the customer to be able to sign the form.  How can I do this?

You need to sign it yourself before sending it out, making sure to set the signature field you use to lock all the fields in the file, except for the signature field the customer should use.

Here is a community discussion referring to how to lock form fields: https://adobe.ly/3XHlGVb;

Hi Tariq, I have the reverse problem and it's causing quite and issue. I have posted it separately in the community but I really need some assistance. Forgive me for piggybacking on this one, but I'm hoping you can assist (btw the link in your reply does not seem to work). I have a form that has to be signed by multiple signatories who then also have option to add comments. The problem occurs when the first signatory signs - all the fields are flattened and the form is no longer fillable. Is there a user-friendly way around this?
