Fillable form to non-fillable form

Question

I have a form that has cleared the electronic signature process. I need to archive this fillable form as a non-fillable form, preserving evidence of the electronic signatures, just as if I had printed the form, then scanned it and saved as an electronic image.

But.. I don't want to print, just so I can scan.

What do you mean by Electronic Signature?

If you mean a form signed with a digital certificate, then you're already done. Any modifications to the form will invalidate the signature. The signature field can be setup to lock fields so the user can't just click and enter data.

If you mean a wet signature (i.e. an image of the user's hand written signagure) then you can flatten the PDF, which removes all form fields, leaving the entered data behind. You can download a free flattener here:
