Fillable Forms

I am unable to save my fillable form. I have done it in the past and it has worked. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Any suggestions?

No, not unless you provide a lot more information, starting with:

- The exact nature of the problem, including the full text of any error messages you're getting

- The name and exact version number of the application you're using

- Your OS version

I am using adobe acrobat pro XI.

I am taking a pdf form and want to create a fillable form so people can

fill it out online.

I don't want them to send it back to me as a check must accompany it.

I did it a few weeks ago with another form and it worked. I can attach that

form

for you to see.

I remember that I had to save it as "save as other" document but now it is

not working.

I am self taught so I don't really have more info.
