Fillable forms

I am entering information in a fillable form that was sent to me. I have noticed that when I am typing as I move through the fields, some show the information twice (like shadowed).  It does not happen in all fields and I am unable to change the fields as I did not create it.  Any suggestions?

Looks like that some fields are double. Contact the creator of the form.

    Thank you so much for responding.  They want me to fill in last 3 jobs so the fields would be the same for each job.  Do they need to retitle or something?

    They must also test the form.
