Fillable Forms: Completed coming back looking empty but viewable by clicking on each field

Unless I click on each field, the entries are not showing or printable. one test worked with tester using MAC and returned ok. otherwise Tried saving as at client end or my end. No luck. Looking for either set-up instructions to fix or completion instructions for receipient.
