Fillable PDF form not saving my calculations

I have basic calculations on my form. I have saved it and closed the form. When I go back into the form my calculations are gone. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro. My research shows that the problem might have something to do with using Google Chrome.

The instructions below to turn off the google plugin is out of date. Anyone one have any updated instructions?

The Google Chrome built-in PDF viewer may not allow you to view a PDF or access certain functionalities, or functions such as automatic calculation may not work as expected. To resolve this, follow these steps:
1. Open Chrome and, in the address bar, type: chrome://plugins/, and then press [Enter]
2. Scroll down to the Chrome PDF Viewer
3. Click the Disable link to prevent PDFs from loading within Chrome
4. Download the files onto your computer
5. Open them in another standalone application such as Adobe Reader

PS Jason, you say a form doesn't work in Adobe, which I take to mean Acrobat Reader. Now that IS our territory here. Please let us know exactly what happens.

You need to be sure you are not filling forms using non-Adobe apps. This includes Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and all email apps. You need to download each form and fill it in Reader. If you are making forms for others, you - as their tech support - must make sure they know that they must do this, and explain how. PS don't expect your forms to work on phones and tablets at all!

Jason, there is no plug-in you can add to Chrome to make it do PDF forms correctly. Files MUST be downloaded.

I have been experiencing the same problem since last month. I created a form in PDF that calculates settlement value based on inputs like insurance, medical expenses, referral fee, etc. My entire team uses the same. I followed your instructions here and added the plugin to Chrome. When I download this PDF from a case management software that I have been using since a long time, the PDF simply doesn't work neither in Adobe nor in Chrome. Can anyone help? Just so you know I use Cloudlex, if that helps. But I don't this it's because of the case management software. Do you recommend reaching out to their customer support?
