Question

Fillable pdf not working on iPad or iPhone

I created some fillable forms on a website that work fine on desktop computers, but does not work on an iPhone with the latest version of Acrobat Reader installed. Here's the page with links to the form: https://piboulefoundation.org/pi-boule-foundation-scholarship/

Can anyone give me a solution?

Thanks to those who know more than me,

Joe

Hi Community.

I have not seen any solution to the above issue that I am also encoutering.

I too have created a form on publicly available site. The form works as intended when accessed using a Windows browser. When the form is accessed via mobile device (I-Pad or an Android device), it just displays a static form (image of the form). None of the fillable fields allow any input, drop down boxes do not display any choices, Java script does not do anything. Only the Save form button saves the file on mobile device but when that is opened it just is static form (i.e., none of the fillable fields are active.)  I have downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader (today).

Can somebody from Adobe provide some suggestion/solution, which will be really appreciated?

In what way are they not working correctly, exactly?

Also, digital signature fields won't work on mobile devices.

The form comes up on the phone screen, but the fillable fields are not
activated. I tap where a cursor should appear and nothing happens.
