FILLABLE PDF ON MOBILE TAKING PHOTOS

Hi, I was wondering if something has changed as I used to be able to press on these boxes and the option to "take photo' would come up when I was in the adobe app on my phone and now it doesnt work? Nothing with the form itself has changed? Thanks in advance

On a iPhone you can use the app PDF Expert.

    Nothing has changed in Acrobat Reader.

     Do you know why it wouldnt be working now then? The box just goes blue when you cick it, no option pops up for take photo/add photo? The orginigal document is still the same and I could previouly do this. Thanks
