Filled Out Fillable documents Not showing details

We have a fillable document that is sent to multiple users here. One person receives the document, opens it in Adobe, but cannot see the filled out fields. This is a pro subscription user. 

 

Steps taken:

  • Repaired Adobe
  • Changed from new adobe look to the classic.
  • Downloaded form to desktop and opened
  • Checke for updates.

I have found the solution. This happens when the editor of the document, edits it with anything other than Adobe. In this case the editor was adding details to the fields using edge. Apparently Adobe cannot transcribe the data entered into the fields. Overall, when trying to send a filled out fillable document ONLY USE ADOBE to edit the fields.
